ReplyDeleteI too am trying to cultivate my 'mindfulness muscle'...it's not easy, and sometimes life throws you a doozy and you feel like you're back at square one. I keep trying, though, it's a worthy goal (and a journey in and of itself). I really enjoyed your posts about your animal 'family', by the way (and the sky/water photos-lovely).
